¡Hola, comunidad! 😊 Hoy quiero hablarles sobre un tema fundamental en el desarrollo emocional de nuestros pequeños: ¡el control de las emociones! A menudo, los niños pueden sentirse abrumados por lo que sienten, y como adultos, podemos guiarlos en este aprendizaje valioso. Aquí van algunos consejos:
1. **Modela la Regulación Emocional**: Los niños aprenden observando a los adultos. Muestra cómo manejas tus propias emociones: habla sobre tus sentimientos y comparte las estrategias que utilizas para calmarlos.
2. **Fomenta la Expresión**: Anima a tus hijos a hablar sobre lo que sienten. Pueden usar palabras, dibujos o incluso juegos de rol. Cuanto más expresen, mejor podrán comprender sus emociones.

📣 We Are Hiring: Office Manager – Adrian Blue Therapy Center is seeking an Office Manager to support the daily operations of our office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with a vibrant team, and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
**Position:** Office Manager
**Location:** Initially remote, with a contract to join a physical location in Little Havana soon.
**Schedule:** [35 hours weekly]
**Start Date:** [Immediate hiring]
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing daily operations.
- Communicate with families, therapists, and other team members.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support the onboarding of new staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with data entry, billing, and reporting as needed.
**Requirements:**
Location:Initially remote, with a contract to join a physical location in Little Havana soon.
**Schedule:[35 hours weekly] - Previous experience in administrative or office support (preferably in ABA or healthcare).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office Puzzle.
- Familiarity with the Office Puzzle system.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
